Both of our branches are overseen by practice manager Cheryl. Anita is Riversmeet's client care team manager, head of the reception team and also deals with insurance claims. Heather is our accounts administrator who also steps in to help on reception as required.
We have five receptionists across our two sites - Katie, Kim, Jade, Alison and Katrina. They have one of the most demanding jobs at Riversmeet: answering the telephone, dealing with clients and taking payments. Be nice to a receptionist today, they will really appreciate it!
