Both of our branches are overseen by practice manager Cheryl. Anita is Riversmeet's Client Care Manager, managing the client experience with responsibility for the Client Care Team and deals with insurance claims.
We have 2 Client Care Team Leaders to enhance the client experience, leading and offering support to our Client Care Advisors. Our Client Care Advisors work across our two sites, they have one of the most demanding jobs at Riversmeet: answering the telephone, dealing with clients, and taking payments. We have a nominated Client Care Advisor who manages our client accounts and monthly invoicing with resource allocated 2 days per week, the remaining days focused on working on reception.
