Repeat Prescriptions

Please note: If your pet is on long term medication, we will need to carry out a prescription request every 3 months. We are unable to provide a repeat prescription until we have examined them. This is a legal requirement for all prescription medications.

If you require medication for multiple pets please submit a separate request for each one.

We require 72 hours notice for repeat medication requests and 5 working days for controlled drugs.

Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day. Please note that prescription requests are monitored and actioned Monday to Friday.
